Feelings vs. Goals

Everyday we have a opportunity to look at what’s in front of us with excitement or dismay. Sometimes the rigorous scheduling, time commitment and other obligations get in the way of our higher thoughts.

We have to realize that two things always come into play when making any decision. Your feeling and your goals/desires.

One thing I’ve learned and it is a constant lesson because so many variables change in life every day. When the motivation leaves and the drive to stick to it - what can you do to revitalize yourself?

I personally say “Meditate”. Get quiet. Get ten minutes alone and reflect on what you want so you can continue to receive what you desire.
